2 Peel and dice the potatoes, then place them in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
3 Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash the potatoes with the butter and cream until smooth. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and mash them into the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4 Serve hot and enjoy!
